We inform you on your rights; we help you to assess your complaint by identifying the applicable law and the means of redress available. We assist you to draft your complaint if you have not yet submitted it to the trader. We can deal directly with your complaint in cooperation with the European Consume Centre of the country where the trader is based if you are unable to resolve your dispute with the trader directly.

If you have purchased a product or a service for purposes which are outside your trade, business or profession.

If the trader is based in another EU country, in Norway, in Iceland or in the United Kingdom.
