Complaint letters - Distance selling

 

If you have purchased a product via internet, TV, on the phone or from a catalogue, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any explanation and without payingany penalty, by sending a written registered letter against to the trader’s head office or forwarding the form provided.

You are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, running from the date of the delivery, in case you have bought a product or from the date of the conclusion of the contract in case of services’ purchase: if the trader does not fulfil his obligation to inform you on the right of withdrawal, the term to exercise your right is 12 months.
