If you have purchased a product via internet, on occasion of TV sale, on the phone or from a catalogue, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any explanation and without paying any penalty, by sending a registered letter to the trader’s head office or forwarding the form provided by the trader.
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract by 14 days, runnind from the date of the delivery, in case you purchase a product or from the date of the conclusion of the contract in case of services’ purchase: if the trader does not fulfil with the obligation to inform you on the right of withdrawal the term to exercise your 12 months.
