Auto-prezzo.net: the Antitrust opens a file

Help and advice for consumers in Europe

The Antitrust authority has opened a file against the websites www.auto-prezzo.net and www.auto-valutazione.com for unfair commercial practice. The decision has been taken after several claims arrived from consumers, who felt to be cheated. Through the website it was possible to ask for a free of charge quotation of a used car. However the service was not free, because within 24 hours consumers received an invoice, followed by reminders in case of non payment.
