On 19th July Windjet’s creditors will meet. The Court of Catania accepted the airline request for a composition with creditors, so for the moment the bankruptcy has been avoided. The quote of the credit for unprivileged creditors has been fixed at 5%, while the quote for privileged creditors and employees has been fixed at 47,825%.
